Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of enableinc.biz (the "Site") and any services described on it, operated by Enable, Inc. ("Enable," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of service
The Site is provided to give visitors information about Enable's services, case studies, and process, and to enable prospective clients to make contact through the contact form. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any connected network; (c) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce; or (d) interfere with the Site's security features, including form spam-protection mechanisms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the "Enable" wordmark, the team avatar illustrations, case-study descriptions, and the design and "look and feel" of the Site — is the property of Enable, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except where otherwise noted (for example, the OpenAlgo case study explicitly credits the underlying open-source project it extends; see that page for details).
Client and former-client logos shown in the credibility strip are used with permission for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Enable's current services beyond the historical working relationship described.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enable, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions) shall survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
